An early pastry apple. Large or medium sized pale yellow green, mild sharp apple, often partly covered with a thin netting of russet. Deep stem basin and quite a good length stem. |

When first tried at long Ashton in 1926, the cider was described as ‘fair with and aromatic flavour but the fermentation is too fast.’
