Cider |
Our Stubbard cider sample made in 2007 was rated as ‘Rather woody tasting, sharp cider, lacking body but would be good for blending.’ As a very early maturing apple, Stubbard might be included in the first-early cider made in the season, when it would contribute useful sharpness and some sugar.
