Cider |
It is medium sharp, light and fruity and usually good quality that can be good alone but is usually improved by blending. Fermentation can be rather rapid and the sugar content is often low. Our cider made in 2007: medium straw coloured, aromatic cider with a fruity, hay aroma. Pleasantly astringent with a lingering aftertaste.
