Found as a single tree in a pony paddock behind Garden House on the west side of Cattistock. This area looks as though it was all probably an orchard at one time. |

A large irregular cylindrical pale yellow apple with thin red stripes. A distinctive irregular furrowed and crowned nose. The stem a short stub. |

Our 2007 sample. Pale amber, fresh, slightly citric. Well balanced acidity and astringency. Good slightly sweetened or blended. |
