Not ready until early November but early fallers tend to rot.

 

Typical Juice

 

Typical juice, sweet with little or no tannin. SG 1050 acidity 0.21% tannin 0.10%

 

Cider

 

Cider: Average quality, often used to extend bittersweets and sharps.
